Josette Ferrer Moderates SF FEI M&A Panel

Josette recently moderated a panel at a San Francisco Financial Executives International (“FEI”) professional development event on September 20, 2012. The panel, entitled “War Stories – Latest Developments on the M&A Front”, included: Jeanne Angelo-Pardo, Chief Financial Officer of Flurry, Inc. and Ultriva, Inc.; Trevor Cox, Founder of Trevor Cox Consulting; and Daniel Shea, Managing Director of BDO Capital Advisors, LLC. The discussion focused on the panelists’ observations and specific experiences related to deal flow, valuations, deal structures, due diligence issues, and integration.
