In 2021, Josette Ferrer presented to several groups related to updates on the impact of COVID-19 on valuations. These presentations included the following:

• “How Business Valuations Have Changed Since the Pandemic Hit the Economy” presented to the Institute of Management Accountants – Diablo Valley Chapter in April 2021.
• “What Is It Worth? Valuations” presented with Paul Llewellyn (Partner at Lewis Llewellyn) at the Practising Law Institute’s Pocket MBA 2021: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals in September 2021.
• “An Update on the Impact of COVID-19 on Valuations” presented to the Bay Area Middle Market Group of ProVisors in November 2021. In addition to her presentation, Josette also moderated a discussions with experts in audit, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and bankruptcy on their respective observations and perspectives on the evolving valuation environment.
